Dear Mom,
Yes, you had to bribe me to help you in the garden; nickels for horn worms, extra cartoon time for turning the compost; twenty-five cents a bag for pulled weeds, and yes, I hated it and always complained; but this morning I turned over a patch of soil in our new back yard and I was wondering...how much fertilizer should I add, and when is the best time to plant tomatoes and peas?
How many times do I have to tell you this? How many times must we go over the same thing? How many times will you come to me and say “Mom, what should I do?”
My answer will always be the same: Pray and walk with faith.
And I will tell you this same thing every time you call on me. For that’s what mother’s do.
